Any nutrient or vitamin if u overdo it becomes toxic and bad for u Im sure the same is true of physical activity where u get to point u just overdo it and starts to become bad for u Many athletes activity where they push themselves to the brink they probably cross that threshold past where peak benefits are felt and to a level that starts to actually become bad for u They may be "fit" but it doesnt mean that the physical stress to be that fit is necessairily healthy If u look at ppl who have lived to exeptional ages most have had active lifestyles to a reasonable extent but i dont hear of too many athleets living well past 100 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
