There is a distinct difference between expressing some kink (like wearing leather or a pup hood) and literal screwing in the streets. No one here will disagree with that  I think this conversation would be more beneficial if we stop associating "kink" (in its general term) with the actual act of sex. I agree that public sex is indecent and something even I, despite my open attitudes towards sex, would not be comfy with.
