An Australian company has shared video of the first test flight of CopterPack, an electric backpack helicopter with a self-levelling autopilot.
The device uses two rotors connected to a backpack with armrests and hand controls. Unlike gas-fueled jetpacks, the CopterPack appears to uses battery power to propel the devices dual rotors.

The pilot took off and landed in a standing, stationary position, similar to a drone. He appeared to reach an altitude of about 50 feet and flew for under a minute.
