Guess that's another one to the list of celebs with food brand partnerships. The most popular one (the one Miley has on the first picture) is basically a vanilla ice cream with a chocolate cover, like the one they put on sundaes at McDonald's that gets hard with the cold, but it's a sweeter type of chocolate. There are other ones with peanut crumbs on the cover.
