Plus he is right GaGa wrote always the same subjets, so for GaGa it's okay but not for Katy ??? LOL. When Katy wrote Witness, ppl didn't like it cause it was not Katy's touch and wanted songs like Teenage Deam/PRISM Katy wrote song like Teenage Dream/PRSM, ppl claimed that she is not evolving.... Chromatica 80's music? you're a little bit lost honey. Chromatica is a house influenced record.
