I was thinking that some pics were from earlier in the day (the one you posted and the one where she's wearing an eye mask), then she got her hair blowwaved and changed at the hotel before going to the airport Idk though Gaga sometimes gets changed multiple times a day she's an enigma I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. I know it's believed she wasn't targeted but it must have made her reevaluate her security.
