In the beginning i was with him cause the same thing has happened to me twice, two guys were lying about their age and I found out later. That being said, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I started being more careful so this has never happened to me again.
I dont necessarily think hes doing it on purpose BUT.... it has happened way too many times and at this point you'd think he'd learn his lesson.... just saying

If attorneys and police involved he should really stop publicizing information on social media and leave it to his legal representatives. I'd hate for him to put his foot in it and jeopordize his case against his abuser

I get that topics like this are really triggering for some people, and that some of us have very strong opinions on things like age differences and consent laws.

But I think equating texts and snapchats to actual rape and molestation is such a HUGE jump and does a massive disservice to survivors of sexual assault and grooming. Like some people are referring to this kid as a "survivor" and in my opinion that is a WILD over-exaggeration. Like... block the person. Log off. There are ways in which to stop this person online that aren't possible when it's a real life situation.

Social media is an adult platform, and maybe the solution is to make it illegal for minors to participate in it - but no one wants to suggest or consider that because these kids want the follows and likes for the clout of taking down Sister James

You all have made the excuse, "maybe James didn't know their real age." Would you use that same excuse for someone caught selling liquor to a minor? 

You're doing what most people do when they feel cornered: Using situations which sound similar on the surface, but really aren't. In your example selling those things to a minor is clearly illegal, having a conversation with one is not. It is socially acceptable to verify someone's age when purchasing certain products -- it is not socially acceptable to ask someone to verify their age when talking to them. 

And once again, James and this guy did not exchange any nude photos. If James had done this in the past with the last accuser, he would have been arrested by now as the other guy claims to have reported James over a month ago.

I'm really sad and scared for James and development of his sexual identity. What's actually scary is -after actually reading all of y'all's comments- is that he will never have a chance to develop a healthy behavior towards these issues.

And I really don't think that he's THAT STUPID and deranged that he would risk his career and reputation over a 16 year old twink on TikTok. 

This 16 year old boy clearly knows what's he's doing, and as a LGBTI+ member I can emphasize more with James and his confusion towards love and people manipulating this void in his life. And I'm really sad to see that he's getting targeted again and again for this. 

The worst part is the only thing he shares to the internet is his art and entertainment and while the public and people trying to feed off of him are focusing on his sexuality repeatedly.

Chile they literally exchanged nudes there’s proof of it the kid has receipts now shut the f*ck up and stop quoting me bc I don’t care about your f*ckes up excuses about this anymore 

They were exchanges nudes and James solicited nudes in all the cases, so it is literally exactly the same as selling cigs or liquor to a minor 

If someone doesn’t look 18 you have to ask them from an ID — that is so socially acceptable that used to happen to me all the time when I was wonder. Y’all must just hang around pedophiles which doesn’t surprise me considering the attitude you have about grooming. You’re disgusting to me, seek help.
