Last thing — I posted the receipts that at the very least, James was not the one to block the first boy who came forward last month. It was the 16 year old that blocked him, and James was caught lying about it in his Twitter statement/apology.

You'd assume someone flaunting their law degree would know something about actual sex crime law.

I think your heart is in the right place, but you keep replying to people claiming it's relevant from a legal perspective if James knew they were underage. That's truly really not the case at all. The “mistake of age” defense in statutory cases is almost always thrown out.

If you watch the video, there are half naked photos of a 15 year old saved in the Snapchat chat (by James btw...), James admits they talked about sexuality and bisexuality, and it is very clear they probably shared romantic words back and forth as it’s heavily implies.

The guy has his age on his social media NOW. But you don't know if it was there when James was messaging him. Also, you can't judge someone's age solely on appearance. If James Charles' weren't famous, everyone would probably think he's a glamorous 16 year old diva. People often think I'm several years younger than I actually am.
