Being her second longest ever video and having a second shorter version released at the same time has made this one tricky to achieve although its views have always been fabulous despite it never being a hit or getting to classic status outside the fanbase. To see it turn 100m in front of my very eyes a few minutes ago was a delight. I really hope people focus on getting MTN to 100m now as it's the next music video on the list but unfortunately, the broadcast edit of GUY is the next closest as well as the Sour Candy audio and IWNLA audio. But please, everyone, don't worry about them. Only one version of a music video counts as a certified video so any views the edit gets won't count for anything and as for the audios, they're not videos, so they shouldn't matter and we already have an official video for IWNLA which got certified ages ago (and SC may get a video, we can but dream), so why bother with the audio? I'd rather see all Gaga's music videos with 100m views as opposed to have the majority of her audios having 100m views. When MTN gets certified, it'll mean the entire BTW era has been certified, let's do this! It'll also mean her longest video is finally out of the way! It should only could for one song/music video. If you're super popular and put out audio and lyric videos for every video as well as the official one, you're going to get 3 awards per song, that's a bit ridiculous, right? So you're talking about that old "Vevo certified" thing? It's been irrelevant for years now... The more important thing is that RIAA (and others) count YouTube streams for certifications (Platinum single = 1M units = 150M streams (including video streams) in the US) from every official upload. (Broadcast Edit) is next, it actually does surprisingly well in weekly views. After that I don’t think we’ll see a video/audio of hers pass 100m views for a while... that is unless she releases a video for SC. As for the ASIB audios, they will naturally get there what with the film going on Netflix in the U.K. in less than a fortnight and the regular traction the tracks get anyway. I imagine they will get there this year before Q3/Q4. I think @StrawberryBlond is right, we should focus our efforts on MTN. For me it’s her best video and it deserves that 100m views status more than any other track. We could start a TikTok trend idk!?!? Anything, I just think it deserves to be the recognition lol.
