She worked so hard to position herself as a serious actor and for it not to be seen as a soundtrack album vehicle. And then (allegedly) she passed on singing roles in Birds of Prey and Little Shop of Horrors to do Gucci, a serious drama with no singing. There is no way she is going to cheapen her next serious bid for acting credibility with an Italian disco album that reminds critics and awards groups she is a pop star while she is promoting a dramatic film.
