Well here it's the same, international youtubers make money off the American people without them investing back in the country in any kind of way. See this as customs fees.

In the first case, it's huge corporations. On the second case, it's individuals. It's very different.

Either way, Youtube already takes 45% of all adsense money youtubers from all over the world make for them. No one is taking money from Americans. No one is even taking money from Google. Google just decided to make more tax-free money so they make their users pay for US taxes so they won't have to do it themselves. That's the same reason they have so many operations based in Ireland, to escape as much taxes as they can. All to make the rich richer, don't think they give a f*ck if the US government gets their tax money to invest on the American people or not, as long as it doesn't come from them.
