I bought the 30 dollar version last year, it was an LQ version of the stuff you see in the videos.

So the man that sells the $30 version is not the same man that shot the footage. 

 

I'm currently talking with that man. The one with the HD footage he shot at the show.  Completely different ballgame in terms of quality. 

 

Lolllllll at me being a completionist I'll be possibly owning both versions the $30 lq and the astronomical HD lmao. Hope it goes through.  Some other generous benefactors are gonna need to help me I think.

Ok. I've been talking with Adam, and the seller, and Sara.

We as a community technically already have this concert, but with tags and in 480p. (I know, yuck...) I bought it for  $30.00 for the 24 Days of Christmas celebration last year, which due to crappy life circumstances and the hellhole that was 2020, never got released, because I never finished the Advent. But that's another cup of tea for another day.

What the seller is offering is:

1080p Raw original footage with no tags of the entire show, which is unedited and runs about 3 hours from what I can gather.

The seller originally never intended to sell, but because of the pandemic in Chile forcing him out of work in the  industry, he is desperate for $$ to fund an upcoming medical operation he must have.

I went to Sara suggesting we buy this, but she told me we don't have enough $$ to buy it in the Gagaverse funds. I told him that I was sorry but we can't pay $1500, so he has lowered the price for the raw footage to $1,182 USD, or 1000 Euro.

He wants to sell it fully edited and polished for 2000 Euro, but I personally feel we would benefit more in the archives to see all unedited and pure as Gaga performed .

He has them stored along with many other concerts he has filmed on these harddrives:

 

So the issue as it stands is, I am still interesting in buying from this gentleman and I have seen the work, it looks beautiful from the 2 snippets he sent Adam (I'm working on Uploading those).

The problem is I don't have $1182 USD for it.

You might be able to, he's lowered the price but it's still super high, I wonder if GagaMediaArchives or some of the other places would be interested as well. If we can all chip in it would be less for everyone.

The fact that those snippets are recorded "with his phone" means that you can't tell if it looks low quality because of his phone camera or because the footage itself is just low quality.  And I'm thinking it's the latter.

@ChicaSkas I would demand uncompressed full quality HD snippets to even consider buying. You need to confirm the validity of this beforehand. I just think it's ridiculous to ask for so much $ without giving any proper snippets or stills to prove the quality of the footage. Just because the file specs say 1080p doesn't mean anything; it could be upscaled.
