In fact, there weren't that many really good looking people in any popular bands. This song, was the first video that was on MTV (this isn't the video, but it's my prefered video for it) Even the pretty lady in the video is pretty average. But I love this song. 1979, it was the beginning of pop as we know it. You can take this sound for granted now, but the production and the sound was so new and so fresh, I miss the days of real people starting new things. Now it's all mixing old styles together. There’s no live instruments being played by the band members on their songs lol. Besides that glaring hypocrisy, the idea of the band has been dying for a hot minute.
