According to the agreement, Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal, who attended Franco's now-defunct Studio 4, have dropped their claims. The women alleged that the Hollywood actor engaged in "sexually-charged behaviour towards female students". Tither-Kaplan and Gaal also alleged that Franco led students to believe that roles in his films would become available to them if they followed along. I mean, Franco has done a lot of sexual risque movies. Especially LGBTQ. Also it was an orgy scene and only two students felt like there was sexual misconduct. Honestly I don't think there was anything here. I do think there was something with that another actress that accused him of something. I just can't remember that whole situation right now.
