It’s true, he’s changed much for the better. He shares some very positive messages through his podcast to audiences that wouldn’t normally listen to conversations about race, sexuality, socioeconomics, etc.

What he did in Japan is a stain you can't remove, I don't care how much you think he's changed. I hope his intentions of moving there aren't to throw parties during the pandemic.

I think this is more of a, "Puerto Rico has lower tax rates than California" thing. Also, I doubt Puerto Rico will be as punitive as California when it comes to unsafe parties/gatherings during the pandemic.
