Both moved back to their native Canada in 2020 after residing in Japan for several years. In later years, much of their content focussed on Martina's disability progressing and the mental health issues as physical disablity can come along with. I've watched them for almost 10 years and the minute they announced they were going back to Canada out of nowhere, I thought something might be up. I know we only saw a small part of their lives, but this one stings. They seemed like they were so in love. If those two couldn't stay together it makes you wonder who can. I'm roughly their same age and the thing about divorce is that you can get over the person being gone eventually, but moving on and finding someone new is so difficult. The vibe just isn't right And Simon sudden weight loss also concerns fans. But they gave privacy to them either way until they announced it themselves. It is sad, cos they seem to gel really well.
