I mean, we been knew but good for her for finally having the courage to name her abuser.

I really liked Marilyn Manson, I always thought he was very smart and articulate, plus I like his music, but I had no choice but to unstan when she first talked about being abused by an ex, it was so obviously him. 

I wonder if he was abusive to Rose McGowan and Dita Von Teese as well. I wouldn't be surprised if he was.

Manson helped me get into harder rock/metal music and I thought he was so intelligent and well-spoken. Like on his Fox News interview a while back. (Thank goodness for other metal musicians who are not problematic — like Rob Zombie and Andrew WK).

Also, wasn’t Johnny Depp in a Manson MV? I know correlation doesn’t mean causation, but I was wondering if Depp’s allegations had been dismissed?

From what I understand Johnny and Marilyn are good friends. Johnny is also a musician and they've played together a couple times if I'm not mistaken.

As far as Rose she’s been very positive of their previous relationship and is even friends with him, but she put out a statement around two months ago telling his team she wasn’t going to let them hide behind her and if it was true Manson was Evan’s abuser then she was going to support her.

Dita has been very vague on details, but their marriage was not a happy one at all.

This isn’t a criticism here but I think Gaga sees only the best in people sometimes, it’s a blessing and a curse. I think she’s a lot more careful with who she collaborates with now.

Good for her! Very happy she was able to finally name her abuser after mentioning years ago what she had been through. Not too surprised it was MM since it was highly speculated up until this time. Very proud ERW and every other woman for finding the courage and strength to speak up and not let these men get away with what they’ve done.

Well, now that it is seen from different angle, the thing that we, fans, sees and hear are totally different that what we used to know. Or think we knew.

Cos, you know, Manson is a shock rocker, and he did things like these in plain sight to provoke, most of us fans used to take it as an performance art piece, because, art takes in many form. But now, not anymore. At least not for me.

Hope he is put to justice.
