I'm interest to see what role she is playing as we know she's not one of the killers and that it is a smaller supporting role. Crossing my fingers it's not "wife stuck at home waiting for Brad Pitt."

Wait, how do we know she's not one of the assassins? Regardless of what role it is, I'm sure she'll nail it. She's just too big to just show up on screen and say a few boring lines.

One of the write ups—I think Variety—mentioned it. Someone read the book it's based on, too, and said unless they've changed a lot Gaga probably isn't playing one of the main killers (I think Joey King is, though).

Edited: Forgot this..wish I could remember who it was but they said Gaga might be the employer of one of the killers. Hoping it's that and not a "wife at home" type of part (not that the latter is always bad, but it's not the most exciting role).

Imagine if it’s just something like this:

Yes I get what you mean. Wives are not necessarily bad roles if they act as important characters in movies, it really depends on how much importance they give to them. Felicity Jones, for example, got nominated for an Oscar by playing Stephen Hawking's wife in The Theory of Everything. Same with Alicia Vikander who played Eddie Redmayne's wife in The Danish Girl, and she won an Oscar for that.

She just seems really into this genre. Chromatica and Bullet Train seem to both have Robert Rodriguez influences.

Off topic, but I just realized Bad Bunny is in Bullet Train too.

I hope he gets to meet her at a premiere or something  He's such a stan.

I just realized that Gaga has purple hair for Bullet Train.

We already know they start shooting in March. I also believe Bullet Train has started filming a while ago. A classic film shoot lasts around one to two months, FYI. Gucci being a big film, it could be longer, but Ridley Scott has a reputation of shooting fast.

Moreover, Covid is having an impact on shooting conditions but not necessarily on shooting schedules - films are still being shot as planned, so unless the situation gets dramatically worse, there's no reason any one of these projects should be delayed or cancelled.
