The fillers are best seen during the ASIB promo and at the Oscars under her eyes on her cheek. But if you were thinking of this ad, it usually depends on her hair/wig, makeup, lighting, camera angle, how she looks. Of course her face is rounder even when she smiles or laughs a lot, like here.
