Idk if this has anything to do with it but Gaga crisis PR is top game since 2015. Every time she’s called out for something she handled it extremely well.

Obviously an easy mistake but it's good they took it down. Definitely an image that could trigger people. Just because you aren't personally triggered by it doesn't mean others aren't.
