But I'm guessing Ralph is Mephisto... I've heard that theory too. It's definitely plausible. I'm also guessing that Ralph is someone important—probably the greater evil that Agatha serves. I believe that Agatha's going to be this series' main villain, but I also think she's working for a higher power (similar to Loki and Thanos' relationship early on). That "higher power" is probably Mephisto or Nightmare, and I wouldn't be surprised if Ralph was revealed to be that character at the end of the series. We'll probably get Agatha's backstory, see more of Wanda's origins, see her breaking into SWORD to take Vision, and probably her creating the Hex. I feel like this episode will answer a lot of questions (but not all of them) and then the finale will be the big battle. I'm interested to see how it'll be perceived later on down the road. For example, FATWS is next and that's more of a straight-up Marvel action movie.
