Nancy Pelosi will try to force VP Pence to envoke the 25th Amendment

She's giving them a chance to invoke the 25th because impeaching him again will divide us further. BUT if nothing is done, then it's like it's saying it's okay that happened and NO he shouldn't get away with it. 

End goal, get him the **** out, take the perks out of being a former president and lock his ass up. I'm DONE

The senate just convicts. The punishment can be whatever they decide it appropriate - be it removal, stripping his benefits, barring him from holding office again, etc.

I think  I'm no congressional lawyer but just think of the senate as a judge. They decide on the punishment (if they convict him).
