If she appears to have 'changed', I can't complain. Plus even though people tbink she'sturning into a corporate, her passion as an artist has been extremely visible in the 911 music video. I mean it's the most 'artistic' she has done in years. Well, maybe that's a reach but every doctor will tell you that plastic surgery/heavy injections etc. changes who a person is inside, and let's just say that when her fillers faded, we got 911 The last 'artistic' video was G.U.Y. in 2014, just saying

You think that her fillers have made her less artistic? That when they fade out the ARTPOP portal opens up and she hears a sine from above and starts writing, her heart beating with bricks and strings, because the evil hyaluronic acid is no longer blocking the creative pathways in her lips. There has been a small connection between heavy botox use and lowering of a persons empathy, and even then it's unreliable data because there could be a myriad of other factors which make the outcome more correlation than causation. In fact, data shows that people who have cosmetic surgery generally have a positive reaction. Gaga is just in a completely different place in her life now. If you watched her interviews you'd know that her lack of creative inspiration comes from a place of depression, caused by her status as 'Lady Gaga' alienating her and hurting those around her. She turned against 'Lady Gaga', the identity that once brought her confidence and strength, and came to hate herself. Her pain disorder prevents her from feeling happy and performing. She has to take multiple prescription drugs that alter her state of mind for crying out loud! She's had an insane life in so many ways, but it's the fillers, right? I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Well that was just an hypothesis and it's not THAT big of a reach because everybody can tell the difference between me when I'm physically natural and when I'm not, not every one is as sensitive as I am but who knows lol

Confidence Is a Dangerous Thing For a Gay Like Me To Have But I Have it Definitely doesn't remove someone's creativity though. I just want people to give Gaga a break and realise she's been through a lot, and that if the creative well isn't flowing the way it used to in her 20's, we should cut her some slack and let her have some rest time. And also to lay off about her damn face all the time. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
Monster Voices 1,024
No why tf would I? The current situation doesn't change anything Gaga has done that has made me a stan, nor how I feel about her. It's all super understandable. She is human after all. Forever and Always! Mother of Puppies 36,418
I sometimes get the feeling that (for some people) she is some kind of "puppet" or "plastic doll" (oh the irony) to entertain you all - and if it (meaning she) is not working properly anymore, you´ll throw it in the corner, because you get bored & frustrated and start crying. I became a "stan" or "lil monster" after Chromatica came out, so I´m kinda late to the game ( I was a fan of her music since 2008 though) I just needed to catch up on the things she has done throughout all those years, which impressed me a lot. I´m currently spending quite a lot of time on this forum, cuz I´m super bored, cuz there is not much to do during this pandemic. ALL the shops are closed, I can´t meet my friends, coffee places are closed, I can´t go on holidays, there are no events, movie theatres are closed, clubs are closed, can´t even go swimming... NOTHIN. But it´s not just that; I actually really like it here It´s nice to have some people who share the same admiration for a talented artist and talk about her art, music and persona. In normal times, I just wouldn´t spend as much time on here I guess, because I wouldn´t have as much time as I have now. So the people who are kinda overly obsessed should ask themselves if that´s not too much - I think it´s kinda unhealthy to wait all day for her to do or say something (even if she has done so much in the past) THEY CALL ME LADY MOP
brucee 1,690
honestly I wish. I wish to appreciate her just like I appreciate any other musician. By simply bopping when the tune is spinning because i genuenly like the song. I also wish I didn't have one more reason to log into the internet. And only use social medias for professional promotion. hello hello baby.
