Worst: Vanilla Sky (Original: Abre los ojos) that remake was a choice There are also maaaaany movies that are remakes or have been remade that I saw but I didn't see the other one so I can't compare, even though sometimes it's obvious which one is the best. His movies are currently flopping and straight to dvd so MGM had every right to do their own thing. Not to mention, if it weren’t for Tom Holland (child’s play 1988 writer/director), we wouldn’t even have the Chucky everyone loves today.
