She is right. Zuckerberg and the rest are partly responsible, but so are governments. They've been so slow to recognize and react to the dangers. Not just in the U.S.

People these day complaining about cyber surveillance on social media and later want stricter surveillance. 
Gurl, you should be disappointed in society. These people would organize riots even without using social media.
