I think I laid out a basic summary of what to expect on the OP.  Right now, we are hearing the House objecting to the certification of Pennsylvania's electoral college votes. They need a simple majority from both houses to throw them out, but that is not happening. 

Once the 2 hour debate is over, they will continue counting the EC vote. In the meantime, several Congress people are speaking in favor or against the objection.
