After his bday party, more people coming out with allegations of drugging and assault against Alexander Wang. Azealia Banks alluded to this a while ago, but has since been deleted, and as far as I know news outlets haven’t picked up the story.

It happened a lot these past few years... Nothings gonna change sadly

I see a lot of models coming forward with their stories + their agencies giving them the platform to talk about their experiences, so... i actually do believe there will be change eventually... kind of. Is that delusional?

This is the norm in the fashion world, it's always been like this.

I remember the story of Gisele Bündchen, her first major work was to walk for Alexander McQueen, she found out she had to walk with naked chest when she got there and then she started to cry and cry, someone (probably a make up artist) took pity of her and painted the top of her body so she wouldn't feel so exposed, she got famous right after that because everyone wondered who was the girl with the sad face and the tears and make up messed up. She literally became one of the biggest top models ever because she walked feeling humiliated.

I am authistic, so don't be offended if I make a mess sometimes.

i dont even follow much of these things and ive been reading this for years. It's funny how these things always come up when the hype starts to slowly die out.

Ummm, not to be rude, but where's the correlation here... One is a story of sexual harrasment and one is a story about being naked for the sake of art?

Forcing someone to be topless? The correlation is the abuse in the fashion world.

You really don't see a conection with forcing someone to be naked publicly? Most people don't feel comfortable being naked.

One is malicious, one is not

Simple as that

Sexual harrasment is objectively bad. Being topless for a runway show is very much not objectively bad.
