Which era had the best single choices, and which had the worst?

But we are still in the middle of Chromatica guys! She just did the first mistake because she didn´t release 911 as a single (she should have!)  Or maybe it´s better to say "they" because I think she cannot decide completely on her own.

 

I think stupid love was a good choice for a start (here it was all over the radio just as "rain on me")

 

Now I really hope she´ll release "Babylon" as a single, then "Free Woman" and later in the year "Alice" (my all time fav)

Babylon would be an ideal candidate for the summer song 2021... with a cool video

 

I think "sour candy" will be the next single...  ( I really like it  - maybe it´ll be a hit because Blackpink has a huge fanbase - so that could be a home run and could be a clever choice)

 

But y´know what? I think it´s very hard to have a big hit during these times because basically all the clubs worldwide are closed and people cannot party... so it´s a bad time to put out dance music (which Chromatica is)

Worst: Joanne, why she didn't choose Million reasons as the lead with a better video I will never know 

 

Also RE Chromatica, Stupid Love was definitely meant to be a buzz single , ROM was the true lead, I'm sure there was so much promo planned with Ari before Corona came up and f'd it up.

Same with Sour Candy deffo 3rd single after the album release if Corona didn't happen

Best: TFM tbh (Even tho DITD would have been perfect if only it was a single and got a video)

TF minus BDR and Eh are flawless, just pop perfection. BTW were great but they were too diverse for the GP+ the whole Judas release on Easter got Gaga in hot water with the GP. ARTPOP started great with Applause and then went downhill after that. We did get some of her best videos though!
