I think it’s because I prefer the style of it more. Hip hop and rap are my favourite music genre. oT: 911 has a decent beat though; and the lyrics are among the best on Chromatica! It's exactly the hard-hitting sound I love most from her (I can't understand how you can be a LM and not enjoy this), and like you said, the lyrics can hit really close to home. It certainly did for me. It's also a subject matter I got to discuss directly with her, so it adds yet another dimension to how connected I feel to it. It's also in my "bottom half", of Gaga's discography (which is a general sentiment to how great her music is, overall). Nowhere near top 30, but still really well done. Starting from CII pashing into it (holy s*** it's good), it just gets better and better for me as it progresses. To me its definitely an "omg" song, the kind that leaves me in awe. And of course the meaning and lyrics add to it. I still don't know if I'd say its the best song, but I'd say its a best/fav on Chromatica for me (probably changes from time to time for me) and maybe in the top 15 overall.
