If an older songs charts lower than #50 or #52 on the chart they remove it all together. In theory it should get rid of older songs that can't seem to go and help the newer songs chart higher. Even Gaga songs were affected by this rule.

This might negatively affect her on Dance/Electronic charts but on Hot 100, the giant songs that never seem to go away will be gotten rid of faster hence allowing newer tracks to break into top 10.

I don't like this. If a song is still being successful, then it totally earns a spot on the charts, no matter how long it has been slaying.
