I don't think there's necessarily a perfect run time, but I agree quality is by far the most important. I guess replay value differs depending on the person.

To be honest, if a song is shorter than Sour Candy, I can't, and won't listen to it. I love listening to 3 to 4, and some 5 minute songs. 1 to 2 minute songs just won't do it for me

After Chromatica i can't say i mind much... i was worried about the song lengths but it really makes them pop a lot more and pack a lot of substance a short time. It's actually weird how the shortest half of the album is my favorite by far

Me wanting to skip a song that gets boring after a while doesn’t mean I hate it  The Gaga songs I skip due to their length is almost anything on BTW because the songs are too long
