Miley’s cyrus - I really disliked her during the whole Bangerz era. The twerking/tongue thing really put such a sour taste in my mouth. She was crazy. And not in the good way. Now I have REALLYYYYY stanned her after the dead petz era. The music and everything about her now is just perfection.

Taylor Swift - Her Lover album became such a staple for me. Finally she released an album that goes well with my ear drums.

Katy Perry - I used to not like her because of the whole Gaga drama... Now ever since I tuned out the drama and focused on her music, I can really enjoy all the boos. Chained to the Rythem confirmed my fan status!

Don’t play with me, it just hurts me.

Lana Del Rey

Her songs are a mood. You have to be in a certain mood to listen to them and when I found this timing I was looping her songs all day.

Romeo Santos. I used to only like a few singles here and there and never really understood the hype for him. But OMG.... he’s so amazing and talented. And BEAUTIFUL.:giveup::heart:

Ava Max. I hated Sweet But Psycho when it came out and I ignored her for years; also, the Gaga comparisons were a major turn-off for me. When she dropped the album, I wanted to give her a chance—and boy, there were some incredible records on there and I think she has SO much potential.

Ariana. I thought she had the worst personality out of all of the girls in her league. Childish, vapid, etc. However, her music is too good to pass up so she sort of grew into me.

Oooh Grimes for SURE!

I didn’t understand her appeal at all at first but someone once described her as “pop music vegetables”. You don’t like them at first but they’re good for you.

True! I only liked genesis then I actually listened to Visions + fell in love. Art Angels was an instant classic to me

Post Gaga:

- Ariana Grande: Fell in love with her with Dangerous Woman Album.

- Miley Cyrus: Wasn't into her until I saw her Netflix's gig and now I love Plastic Heart.

- Dula Peep: I like her latest era. Go girl!

- BLACKPINK: I'm not into Kpop but I'm super fan now. My dogs barks to me when I say "BLACKPINK in your area" :huntyga:

Bjork for sure. It was so slow. I could not get her at all at first but she grew on me literally song by song, i started randomly remembering a melody here and there and realizing wait this is good until i fell in love with her

Hyperballad

Taylor - Lover and Reputation totally bored me to pieces. Her revenge/breakup/love songs started to become repetitive... in 2014. Got tired of her. However, her new albums are really enjoyable. Lyrically potent, atmospheric, and soothing! Love it!! :golfclap:

Dua - I liked New Rules (and a couple other songs). But I saw her mostly as a one hit wonder with no substance or originality. Future Nostalgia totally changed my perception of her! I will say there’s a few clunkers and I definitely wouldn’t put it on par with an album like Fever or COADF, but for only a second album? You can definitely tell she’s going to do some amazing things in her career!

I couldn't stand Lana, Florence or Banks, I found their music boring, now they're all among my favorites, Banks being my #1 along with Gaga. Also, any polish artists I listen to, I thought polish music was ****

I've been getting messages from my deep waters

That's interesting. I've tried for a while with Bjork, she seems like my kind of artist, but I can't help finding her music unpleasant whenever I give it a go :bradley: Which songs do you recommend for a newbie to ease in?

just gonna chime in sorry :air:

If you’re looking for something more pop-sounding I’d recommend

1) Venus as a Boy

2) I Miss You

3) Alarm Call (Remix)

4) Big Time Sensuality

Personally though, these are my favorite songs! :)
1) All Is Full Of Love (Music Video Version)

2) Hyperballad

3) Joga

4) Black Lake

5) Army of Me

Wasn’t here for Miley at all until Mother’s Daughter era and now Plastic Hearts solidified her as a staple listen.
