For me she wasnt ready this year.. you cant blame everything on covid 19. I really want that she goes back to her roots as a human. For me she is right now the typical popstar, who collaborates with the biggest stars, sells make up, doing Promotion for perfume brands and is even selling soon her own candy cookies... this year, except the edm style on chromatica isn't 'gagaish'. It is just bland for me. She interacts no more with us anymore. She just comes when something to sell is here. She became only a product. Exactly that, what she never wanted to be. We used to cry, laugh and listened to her interpretations of her art.... now I find her art in my poop after eating a chromatica oreo.... no.. I dont want that. I hope 2021 will be better. Her own/her team's communication hasn't been very clear, and expectations aren't managed properly. The fanbase is very devoted to her, and without good management things can run wild. Something along the lines of "I'm taking some personal time" or "I'm working on ______" could do wonders. I don't need details, just a general heads-up about the state of things. This goes back to the complaint i’ve seen where she has only been talking/posting when promoting something. Like I don’t need details but tell us! Say that you are depressed, or you want to focus on your family, or that you don’t feel comfortable doing music stuff during a pandemic, social media makes you feel really bad or whatever! Even the most bland PR statement. This is why I expect nothing from her, she’s silent so I don’t want to falsely get my hopes up or have grand expectations. Make a livestream... sell the movie to netflix or release a DVD bundle. So many opprtunities to see her perform and to SELL... nothing is used. She knows exactly that we want more concert movies. Why dont make the foootage of joanne world Tour available on Youtube, on DVD... no... just reissue the album with old remixes... i dont get her team. I wish some fans wouldnt buy everything that the label gives us. So they wont stop giving us **** without effort. Because they still get the coins out of ****.. it is easier and cheaper to add 4 remixes on CD than editing a whole concert. Those business men arent stupid. We are the stupid ones... Why don't we get the original Babylon version, that fans are ASKING for? No one asked for oreos, or a perfume brand...but why? because it makes more money that way.
