The photoshoot was just so void of colour, personality, imagination, interesting fashion/makeup/hair, settings. Literally nothing about it was remotely interesting or visually pleasing. Nick Knight did say he shot a couple of things with her not Chromatica related, so could be this. Though if I recall one was supposed to come out this fall and just... didn't happen (very on brand for this era I'd say). I usually like her work with I&V but that one was so... beige? Their lighting and texture always looks pretty good, but the whole styling and set of that shoot was just so terribly boring. I think the only shot I really liked was the one with the giant grass stalks. I always feel like their work kind of grounds the more loud and densely-packed palettes that Gaga usually offers.
