Yesterday it was 2nd and now is very close to 1st place :  Dákiti by Bad Bunny, Jhay Cortez with 6,016,657 streams.

I honestly think every year Christmas music is becoming more popular. The music in the early 2010s barely made a dent in the charts around this time and this year most of the top 40 is Xmas music

it sure seems this way. even when compared to last year, this year is crazy. look at any artist's spotify page and their christmas songs are at the top of their most popular section.

I think maybe because people wants to get into the Xmas mood and listening to the music helps. I have found myself the first time ever creating an Xmas playlist
