Let’s not shame women for having plastic surgery or fillers. It’s reeks of misogyny and ignorance.

She does look her age (which is a good thing) but people forget that all of those magazine shoots are photoshopped and think that's how they're gonna look in person.

That's also some very unflattering lighting which makes her look like she's seen through a microscope, but this!!

She's still absolutely gorgeous, one of the most beautiful women for me personally, and the fact that she's not injecting her face to make it look perfect makes her even more attractive. Aging gracefully >>>

Even in this unflattering photo you can tell she's beautiful.

She's 51 ffs. Good god she's gorgeous.

Hmmm, not sure I believe this tbh.  And her saying "im not that person" isn't cute.  Why shame people who are that person?  Whats wrong with being that person?  For her to follow up by saying "There's nothing wrong with it, its just not me" is basically her saying she feels there IS something wrong with it. idk Jlo,

Music is a higher revelation than philosophy.

i don't believe her :huntyga:

“I’m more about a natural approach to skincare,” she explained. :messga:

employing the term "natural," particularly within the context of skincare/cosmoceuticals, rubs me the wrong way: it weaponizes the gp's latent bias toward an empty signifier, perpetuating the false idea that "natural" automatically means better/less harmful. in fact, it's the exact opposite: the customer benefits infinitely more from a well-formulated "chemical" product. (it should be known damn well that there is nothing natural about "nature": it has always-already been culturized. but that's another, long discussion :enigma:)

She really said she uses olive oil on her skin. Girl please. It’s okay to admit you’ve had work done. All the girls in the industry have been nipped and tucked, some more than others. Please do NOT go around smothering your face with olive oil because JLo told you to.

Thank you! Yes! Consumers that prefer (for example) natural conservatives for cosmetics, that in the long run are more likely ot cause sensitization, allergies and not to mention, barely protects the formula against mold, yeast and bacteria but are scared about perfectly safe parabens ughhh:saladga:

she's definitely had the best, most subtle work done, gradually throughout the years... and she left the small signs of aging that give her that natural look. She has the best work done out of everyone in Hollywood.

Yeah... you can’t tell me it’s all 100% natural. Even if she’s doing something non-invasive - she definitely wouldn’t look like this if she wasn’t beyond rich.

I don’t understand why celebrities feel the need to defend or argue against plastic surgery... it’s pretty public that most every celebrity has something done and it’s really not that big of a deal.

Without ruling out trying Botox or other injectables in the future, Lopez is sticking firmly to her current routine for now. “I’m more about a natural approach to skincare,” she explained. “I think it starts first, honestly, with who you are on the inside and that shows on your face on the outside. That’s number one.”

I'm hard on the outside but if you inside inside inside

The multi-talented star, who just launched her own skincare line, JLo Beauty, revealed that she's never had Botox, used lasers, or had any kind of plastic surgery. “I’m not that person. I don’t have anything against people doing that, it’s just not my thing,”

Honey you don't get to be in your 50s looking this youthful when you're a multi millionaire with access to nutritionist, fitness experts and plastic surgery. It's just weird. My mom got to the age of 50 with fairly good skin but it starts to sag, it's just natural.

To have zero sagging at 51, is not natural at all, it barely happens except for some japanese women or koreans who have youthful genes and a clean diet.

I just don't buy it personally
