So it’s a huge compliment to me.” She's also been asked about it in video interviews that I can't find now, but she has never ever been shady about it or said anything bad. In fact, every time Gaga's brought up, she has nothing but nice things to say about her. I don't see why people are so bothered that she doesn't explicitly list Gaga as one of her inspirations. Yes, there's a lot of similarities, but then again the same could be said about Gaga and Madonna back in the day and we all know how that went down.
