I think the main difference is that Gaga had a more prominent and commanding stage presence already from the start, which I still miss with Ava

probably because all of you are so annoying about it. i get it, people did the same thing with gaga, but imagine you were ava trying to break into the scene and all people do is make fun of you and call you reductive? it wasn’t nice when madonna did it and it’s certainly not nice when all these little monstrosities do it. let the girl live.

Everything about her feels very... forced, in my opinion, in my personal opinion. From her hair to her clothes to the performances. It doesn't sit natural on her. 

For Gaga, you could tell that she herself was different, but for Ava, it feels to me like it's just people telling her to do things.
 
Lipsyncing at the beginning of your career also doesn't look very good.

even though I find weird the fact of her never mentioning about Gaga inspirations, I think she has potential to be great. It’s just her first album, let’s see how it goes from now on.

Yup, yup, yup. The similarities are certainly there. 

I for one actually really like Ava. From the start though, I did find her image to feel very forced (and I suppose it still does, although not as much because I've grown a fondness for her and her music), like something wasn't quite right. She's very eccentric and cute, but I'm not sure WHO her image and music is supposed to appeal to (except the gays ).

One could argue that she's a cross between Gaga and Jojo Siwa.  One minute she's practically childish, the next minute she's sexy, and then suddenly she's "iconic" and "a main pop girl" (not my opinion but just using stan culture examples). I guess she's just trying to find out what works best? Maybe her next era/album will be more mature. If you look at her videos for this album, each of them are very different (in a good way.....I guess).
