Or maybe Western countries should opt for Pfizer and let hotter and lower-income countries get the Moderna vaccine. By the way people, the 94.5% vs. 90% effectiveness is probably within the margin of error (which is probably quite big). So this doesn't say that the one vaccine is more effective than the other.
