MJHolland 12,725 Posted November 8, 2020 Author Share Posted November 8, 2020 Y’all... for the first time in years, I slept peacefully through the night 😭 I know Trump is still president for a few more months, but I feel like so much pressure has been lifted from my shoulders I’ve spent the last 4 years tirelessly fighting Trump — working in congress to stop his agenda, working on campaigns to stop him and his minions, and in my personal life/community. Everywhere I went, people were dancing, cheering, smiling. Spirits were lifted again. What does this mean? It means the road to meaningful progress will now be expansive and inclusive, not a depressing dead-end like it would’ve been with another four years of Trump.
