Trump is 10000000000000000% going to take this to the Supreme Court. and since there's now a conservative majority, they could easily rule certain mail in ballots are not valid, which would benefit Trump MAJORLY in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Despite what you may believe, the Supreme Court will not start defending a lame duck when the majority of Republicans are still in power and were re-elected. The vast majority of their lawsuits have been immediately dismissed and the supreme court cant just invalidate mail in ballots without reason, which there is none, they're valid votes that were received before the deadline.
