Don Jr. is trying to politicize Pfizer’s vaccine result as suspicious given the announcement comes days after Biden wins.. meanwhile Pence is claiming this has occurred because of the partnership between Trumps Govt & Pfizer.... Pfizer confirmed they took no Govt. money what so ever to develop the vaccine. This keeps getting better & better. :rip:

I wonder how he truly feels towards Trump. He’s been nothing but a Trump worshipping puppet for 4 years. Sad, pathetic excuse of a man.

Summary: It’s very unlikely Trump has the votes to catch up to Biden at this point. Assuming that every single provisional vote is counted, Trump still needs over 60% of the remaining vote (20 point lead), most of which is in Maricopa county. The last batch from Maricopa actually favored Biden, so it’s very very unlikely we’ll see batches with Trump +20 any more (the populated conservative counties have already counted their votes).

Thank you to the Apache, Navajo and Coconino counties, the three that overlap the Navajo Nation, went solidly for Joe Biden, with 73,954 votes.

I understand this and am glad Biden won, but he was also running against one of the most unpopular and disliked presidents in history, who bungled the biggest health crisis since the Spanish Flu pandemic which cost almost a quarter of a million Americans their lives. Something about the Democratic messaging is not connecting the conditions on the ground to politics. Biden lost Florida, yet Florida voted to increase the minimum wage. I’m not saying Biden’s civility arguments weren’t effective, but in future races where circumstances aren’t as conducive to an incumbent being dethroned the Democratic nominee is going to need to offer more than platitudes and a return to normalcy. I still wonder why more Republicans didn’t flip to Biden. Trump went from 90% to 93% of that demographic. Trying to appeal to Republicans with the Lincoln Project just didn’t connect.

He was running against a populist cult leader of the GOP. Trump brought out more rural voters than last time. The difference this time is Biden brought out more voters in cities and the suburbs than in 2016. He was the right person at the time.

What you are failing to understand is that many Republicans over the past four years have become Independent. Trump always kept his Republican voters, no matter what he did. Independents that swing Republican were the problem for Trump. Also, the Lincoln Project wasn’t just for hardcore Republicans. It was against Trump for Independents and Democrats, as well. They made some of the best ads of this election year.

Biden formed a coalition that won. You told me months ago he wouldn’t be able to do that, but that’s exactly what he did.

Yes you can. Look at the primary results, Bernie did better in the western states like cali however when you look at the rust belt and Georgia Biden got landslide wins compared to him. Heck look at PA alone, Biden got 1.3 million votes wheras Bernie only got 300k. And Biden just about managed to win it in the general election, Bernie would have been demolished by Trump and we would have been seeing 4 more years of the gop in power. Biden isn't perfect but he did what he had to do

Exactly! Biden was the right person for the time. Ended up, we needed someone with experience in the Whitehouse and a “Comforter in Chief”. Also, Biden has huge support with black women and they were fired up over  the racial injustice of the summer months. Lastly, Trump never could come up with a convincing attack on Biden. Voters knew Biden and liked him and weren’t going to fall for Trump’s lies and attacks against him. Biden ended up being the right candidate for this time in our nation.

The mental gymnastics being used in here by neoliberals and moderates who, because of their refusal to learn a damn thing, are going to cause the Democratic Party to receive a shalaking in 2022 and cause them to lose the House :rip:

I truly fear for this country and the next Trump that comes when we have all these Dems who literally are like Trump supporters in that, even after being presented with facts and data that unequivocally disprove their beliefs, double down on them and failed strategies. Welp.

At least we'll have the Presidency I guess, until January 2025 anyway.

Also, Republicans constantly cried socialism with Obama and labeled him a socialist and that didn't make him lose, so the whole notion that this somehow caused Dems underperformance is patently untrue.

Progressive Democrats all won their races and reelection bids, while moderate Dems LOST up and down the ballot across the country. Yet more evidence demonstrating my point.

Some of y'all really need to start being honest in here.

You will all be surprised in 2022 when the GOP takes the House and Senate.

I won’t.
