I've got family members who live in red areas (Louisiana) & they were terrified cause these racist white red necks were driving back and forth with confederate flags and trump flags near the polling stations and the racist as* cops did jack about it. I've lived my entire life—except for some brief periods abroad-in California in liberal parts of the state and while I have had to wait I've never had to face that sort of intimidation.
