Not a filler being an official single Because they clearly don't think there's an organic radio hit to be had on the album. So, they are trying to engineer a high debut for at least two songs. So, at least on paper the album has two top 10 singles. Even if nothing actually hits. Similar to Taylor making the high charting songs, like "exile" and "the 1" singles, so that she has three top 10 singles from folklore even though nothing hit at radio.
