xoxo Craig 55,649
I'm mad about POV This song could have been her best ballad. I could feel her soul, her emotions, piercing through to me... and then that damn trap 808 beat Her vocals are PERFECTION on this song. I just wish they got more time to shine rather than that trap beat coming in and disturbing the flow. It became distracting. End Racism Now

Babel 41,319
Record labels do this a lot of time to attract attention to the projects.

PsychoMaxcara 814
Oh, she really did just serve us her own version of Changes didn't she? All the songs barely make it past 3 minutes and they all sound like background noise you'd put on when doing the dishes / cleaning the house. I'll need to give it some time, but this is probably the first album she put out that lacks any major pop anthems. Not sure what she was thinking with this one, but yeah... I hope it'll grown on me. xoxo Craig 55,649
Well, after listening all the way through, its time for my conclusion... Out of 14 tracks, I really only enjoyed 4 tracks. These tracks were the stand out for me and they were: Motive with Doja Safety Net with Ty Dolla $ign My Hair Love Language. Safety Net and My Hair are definitely the best on the album. I liked PoV, but it just annoyed me that I couldn't enjoy her vocals and the flow of the song because they made it fit within the album genre. Off The Table was meh and then the 2nd half took it home. There are some songs that are kind of neither good nor bad, like Just Like Magic, and the title track. But the rest of the album is a skip for me. The title track is still a skip but I think it might (MIGHT) be a grower. Overall, with the exception of a few tracks, I found this album pretty boring. I respect Ariana's vision for this album, but to me, this is mediocre and I've definitely heard better from her. Its not my least favourite album by her, but its far from her best imo. Jase 13,222
I feel like the majority of the songs don't really go anywhere. I miss Pop Ari and I make no apologies for that fact.

But ballads should be left alone because I think if you're trying to make it fit inside the album genre, you loose the magic of the song itself on the listener. Its one of the reasons I hate Dope... it should have just remained a piano ballad. POV really was taking me somewhere, and then it lost me.
