Bessemer Trust is the company Britney wants to be conservator of her estate instead of Jamie, they act for Google, Apple etc. Jamie had been strongly opposing their appointment. Now it seems he has recently tried to get into contact with them...

Ingham (Britney's court appointed attorney) pointed out how wrong this was of him to do as it showed Jamie was trying to forcefully take control of their potential relationship with Britney.

Britney's Gram (the ones who first broke FreeBritney) attended the hearing:

'Usurp' meaning - take (a position of power or importance) illegally or by force / encroach or infringe upon (someone's rights).

However, the big positive of today's hearing is that for the first time in 12 years the judge approved Britney's request to appoint litigation counsel - which Jamie objected to.

It seems as though Ingham intends to, with the help of Loeb & Loeb, focus on some problems he sees with the way the conservatorship has been reporting their finances. He told the judge he needs help going through the most recent accounting report.

Britney's Gram stated it was reiterated in court today it was a goal of Britney's to gain more autonomy.

I hope Bessemer are appointed on November 10th, hopefully that'll be when Jamie is kicked out - Loeb & Loeb are Brit's newly appointed litigation counsel who specialise in Conservatorship litigation. They've been brought on to assist Britney's attorney and to fight Jamie should he refuse to leave.

Also, not to take away from the subjet, but I learned recently that Britney's brother was in charge of her c-ship in 2016 which by a pure coincidence, is the year that Britney seemed the happiest, most confident and most willing to perform after 2009...

Glory was also her first album since Circus that she had a say in, and her first since Blackout that she had a very high degree of creative control.

Jamie Spears is displaying all the symptoms of a classic abusive narcissist parent. He'd do anything to preserve his sense of control. I wonder if Britney and her sister experienced abuse growing up. I know it is all too common in child-star families.

Jamie was an abusive alcoholic to Britney's mom while Britney was growing up. It's not known if he was abusive to them too.

Britney but not Jamie Lynn, when she was born, She got to stay in New York with Britney and her mom while Britney was doing a play. She had a pretty good upbringing because by the time she was walking and talking Britney was already super famous and bringing the family a lot of money so she didn’t went through all the drunk fights and growing up poor. They relied on Britney getting that record deal to take care of their debts.

This whole situation sickens me. I feel like this has done Britney more harm than if she wouldn’t have been put under this conservatorship
