This virus has caused an unfortunate disturbance for everyone, and Chromatica fell victim to it. The music is amazing, the visuals are great, but the album will always be associated with a dark time and the virus. :(

Honestly not every album has to have a tour and given the circumstances a tour will just be delaying everything in Gaga's career given how long she may have to wait for it

At this point she might as well just focus on her movie and after that if she goes back to music just focus on her next album/era... She can always include a few Chromatica tracks in that tour

We dunno how long this is gonna drag on for. Trying to make plans around getting a tour done first could hold her back for ages

I highly doubt she would do a virtual tour when she hasn’t even done a virtual performance. I think she should cancel the tour and just perform the whole album at engima so that way we still get to see it play out and some of us can go in person. Then she can use whatever tour concept/design  she had for chromatica for LG7.

Gaga herself has already moved on from Chromatica so :ohwell:

idk why people are saying this. you guys rly expect her to wake up at 3 am each morning and tweet some photoshoot outtake and post a music video. she has a life outside of promoting her album + she has haus labs and at the current moment is bringing attention to the US Election. The politics of the US rn are far more important than Chromatica.

I don’t think we have to wait until we extinct the virus from earth. It will always exist and there will be always people getting sick because of it here and there for some years from now. We just have to stop the pandemic status. We can stop people with symptoms to get inside the stadiums or make people inside keep their masks on during the whole concert!

The most complicated part would be Gaga’s team, they would have to basically extend their quarantine from country to country.

It’s a good idea. She can cancel CBT and release another album or most likely an EP and then tour for both  in 2022

Ofc but well still be the same next year. In state of emergency...

And what good is the mask if youre sorrounded by hundred people, for much more than the amounted need for contamination.

With the humidity from sweat etc, the mask wont be effective at all.

Its just not realistic. And they lose an absurdadity if the stadium isnt full.

Unless governors change priorities and leave the virus under the rug and focus on profit or the winter results in milder contaminatiin than expexted. I dont see it hapening

We can just hope the vaccine will come soon enough then. But I’m still convinced that the show can happen. The curve will be flattened before July and even though there will still be some risk of contamination, the stadiums can provide safety measures and also Gaga’s audience is far from the risk groups and anyone from risk groups should not be allowed for their own protection.

Gaga can also change to arenas so they can reduce the amount of people, also considering many people will not attend because they’re afraid or concerned about covid

stadium shows have more chance of taking place than an arena show considering stadiums are generally open roof that being said I still don't see concerts happening anytime soon until a vaccine

Yep, honnestly, the only way I could see it happening next year is if they cancel all existing GA tickets, and resell half of them or something, so there can be seated GA with social distancing. But this is obviously a logistic nightmare, and people would be PISSED.

So honnestly the best I can REALLY see happening is the tour cancelled, but Gaga doing a big paid digital concert where she performs the whole album and that's it. But obviously they'll hold on to the tour as long as possible, so that's not happening any time soon.

The tour isn't happening. We know that, Gaga knows that. It's a matter of when we hear about it as they left announcing the postponement until 28 days before the first date was supposed to take place. Either they make it a "drive-in" gig which isn't the same as a regular gig at all but it is whatever or a livestream. I'd rather they just cancelled it and Gaga gave the option of getting say £30 taken off of our refunds in order to have access to a livestream version of what the tour should've been or getting a full refund.

BULATIO

I think it is possible to create a safe environment in the stadium by observing all the precautions that exist in public places now. I support many here who mentioned the possibility of splitting the audience. For example, we distribute the people of the Paris show for two dates of 35,000 each. We require people to comply with all safety measures: wearing masks, a distance of 10-50 seats between spectators, treating hands with an antiseptic, etc. :saladga:
