I have a theory that older ghey celebrities tend to be top/vers more often than bottom/vers, but younger ghey celebrities are the reverse. Something about the mechanics of the Hollywood effect on sexuality. But it’s only a theory so don’t @ me :neyde:

I don’t think young guys in Hollywood generally go after other young guys (statistically speaking). It’s fairly acceptable for LGBT couples to have quite wide age gaps of 10, 20 or even 30 years difference, not unlike how heterosexual relationships used to be (in the case of older man and much younger woman), which used to be fairly common before Millennials/Gen X made it “gross”.

Young celebs dating do exist but they are rare, but when they happen there will usually be other similar traits: same hair colour, same body type etc. I think that many LGBT naturally gravitate towards dom-sub relationships rather than “equality” based ones, for a number of complex factors. A hot young guy is more likely to see another hot young guy as a threat than a potential provider, especially in the ruthless world of fame. LGBT people appreciate differences in perspective more, whereas heterosexual people tend to need to “see things as one”.

All just conjecture on my part. I haven’t fully formed any concrete ideas as yet, I need access to data first. I really would like to research this matter actually, do an academic essay on gay power politics within the fame hierarchy.

Well, first of all, know that I wasn't coming at you at all (you wrote an essay so I wonder if you didn't misinterpret the joke:ohno:)

But that's actually an interesting investigation to guide! It could also kinda show us the evolution of sexual attraction over the years

i can see ppl are being lighthearted and not serious about it but let’s really consider how this would’ve played if a female got asked this question.

mind your businesses! whatever he does with a dude in the bedroom is between him and the guy he’s doing it with!:billie:

I think it's weird people assume he's a bottom bc he stans nicki :saladga:

It's lowkey misogynistic to assume anyone with fem traits or interest in female artists is a bottom... there are feminine men who are full tops and masculine men who are full bottoms. Your personality, appearance and interests have NOTHING to do with your sexual preferences.

Gays have this sick obsession with making their sexual preference part of their identity and projecting that onto others :wtf:
