Blown Away

The way she swept with the film and the soundtrack. My country started stanning her again, she got her 12th (first in 5 years) and 13th top ten hits and her third number one album. Truly a pivotal moment and a career highlight!

They shipped it, but it got shipped back

how perfectly executed the whole era was from start to finish? That was truly some Marilyn Monroe timless type of triconery and she set the level for herself so high! I honestly think there will be no need for another remake in like 50 or 100 years because her was truly that good.

...we?

I definitely didn't expect it to be so huge though. Definitely not. It grew organically and by word of mouth.. colleagues were talking about it at work and saying the music makes them cry etc. True masterpiece.

A Very Gaga Holida

The craziest part of it all is the soundtrack has sold over 9M copies WW and Shallow has sold +20M copies with ONLY three TV performances in the world:wtfga:

Sure the movie helped, but there are many big movie soundtracks that didn't have half of ASIB OST's success
