Well, nobody knows how far into designing/writing the show she was, but the truth is that whatever she had come up with by that point, was left behind after the already mentioned photoshoot. But she wasn't at all. After the shoot they did she went up to him and said that the shoot was what she was thinking of doing for the residence and then he gave his idea.
